What you can see with your ticket, free cloakroom, photography in the museum, children's audio guide, equipment at your disposal...and much more...
Your ticket gives you access to all the museum's exhibition areas: the Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection, the Carmen Thyssen Collection and the temporary exhibitions on show at the time of your visit.
The temporary exhibition on the ground floor has a capacity, which means that it has an admission time. When you buy your ticket you will have chosen a specific timetable.
We remind you that today you can enter and leave the museum as many times as you like (please note that you cannot enter and leave the temporary exhibition on the ground floor).
On presentation of your ticket, you can leave everything you need in the cloakroom free of charge. For hygienic reasons, animals, food, drinks and plants are not allowed.
You can request wheelchairs, an electric scooter, pushchairs and pushchairs for babies (we remind you that there is also a breastfeeding room on floor -1).
On Monday the cloakroom service does not accept suitcases.
You are allowed to take photographs and videos of the entire museum, but remember that they must be taken without flash, so as not to damage the works. For temporary exhibitions, please ask our staff in the exhibition hall.
And don't forget to tag us on social media @MuseoThyssen ;)
This audioguide is recommended for children between 6 and 12 years old and lasts 50 minutes. It is available at the audioguide desk.
The wifi service is free of charge. Activate your device, search for the signal "Museo Thyssen Free" and complete a short registration. The service lasts 4 hours.
You can charge the batteries of your mobile devices in the museum cafeteria on request.
Go to the Information desk in the central hall and tell them what you are looking for.
There is a cash machine on floor -1.
