Temporary exhibition focus: German Expressionism from the Baron Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection
Guided visit
- 11 November and 3 December, online, and 15, 22 and 23 November, 2020, in the galleries
For the first time in decades, the exhibition German Expressionism from the Baron Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection reunites a series of works from the permanent collection and from other Thyssen family collections relating to this art movement which first inspired Baron Thyssen to collect modern art.
Friends of the Museum can enjoy a private tour of the galleries with a commentary by an art historian in a visit organised into groups. In addition, there is also the option of an online tour available on the Teams platform, which again features a commentary by a specialist.
The activity is complemented with the preview, a non-guided visit to the exhibition on the evening of its inauguration.
