Temporary exhibition focus: Masterpieces from Budapest
Friends are offered the opportunity discover the exhibition Masterpieces from Budapest. From the Renaissance to the Avant-gardes while the Museum is closed to the public and with a commentary by an art historian during one of our regular “Temporary exhibition focus” private tours.
On display from 18 February to 28 May, the exhibition features 90 paintings, drawings and sculptures by artists including Dürer, Raphael, Leonardo, El Greco, Velázquez, Cézanne and Manet from the Budapest Fine Arts Museum and the National Gallery of Hungary.
Tours take place on Sunday 26 February from 7.10pm to 9pm; Monday 27 from 2pm to 6pm and Sunday 5 March from 7.10pm to 7.30pm. Booking opens on Tuesday 7 February on the Museum’s website and on tel: 917 911 370.
