In collaboration with the Friends of the MNAC, the museum is offering Friends an online guided tour of the exhibition Suzanne Valadon. A modern epic. Organised in conjunction with the Centre Pompidou-Metz and the Musée d’Art Moderne de Nantes, it is on display at the MNAC in Barcelona until 1 September.

Through more than 100 works, in addition to documentary material, the exhibition reassesses the life and work of the artist Suzanne Valadon (1865-1938): a painter, graphic artist and printmaker who worked in all the principal artistic genres, from portraiture and the nude to still life and landscape and who played a significant role in the avant-garde art world in Paris in the early 20^th century.
