Accessibility in the visit

For the 18th edition of Travelling with the painting Friends will be visiting the Italian capital in the footsteps of Saint Catherine of Alexandria (ca. 1598-99). The museum is lending this masterpiece by Caravaggio for inclusion in the exhibition Caravaggio 2025 organised by the Galleria Nazionale Barberini Corsini.

This five-day trip will have a wide-ranging itinerary. In addition to a private tour of the Caravaggio exhibition, there will be visits to the churches that house other works by the artist, including San Luigi dei Francesi and Sant’Agostino, as well as galleries and palaces such as the Galleria Doria Pamphilj, the Palazzo Colonna, the Galleria Borghese and the Villa Farnese, among others.
