The Foundation was awarded the B Proactiva+ EFR certificate in 2008, through the MásFamilia Foundation, which was the result of the implementation of our Thyssen Recommendation Policy in which we set ourselves increasing goals each year. One of the most reliable indicators of the effectiveness of our policy is our low staff turnover.
