Lecture cycle Masterpieces from Budapest. From the Renaissance to the Avant-gardes

To coincide with Masterpieces from Budapest. From the Renaissance to the Avant-gardes, which features an important selection of works from the Budapest Fine Arts Museum-National Gallery of Hungary, the Museum Thyssen organised a lecture series to complement the exhibition and convey the variety and quality of its contents. 

Over the course of five lectures, taking place on Thursdays between 9 March and 6 April, curators from the Budapest museum’s different departments will be explaining its collection, which totals more than 100,000 works in the present day.
