In this video, José Jiménez, curator of the exhibition, explains the Surrealism and the Dream at the musem. The exhibition offered a thematic presentation of the Surrealists’ visual interpretation of the world of dreams and it aims to demonstrate that this influence had its most profound roots in the Surrealist connection between dream and image. Therefore, examples from the wide range of media in which this link was evident, was displayed such as painting, drawing, graphic work, collage, objects, sculptures, photography and film.
