Lecture Victorian Painting and British Society: from dream to reality

In conjunction with the exhibition Alma-Tadema and Victorian Painting in the Pérez Simón Collection, the exhibition’s curator Véronique Gerard-Powell gave a free lecture on 23 September in which she presented an overall vision of the most significant elements within British painting from Pre-Raphaelitism to 1914.
