Short online course. 20^th century American Painting

Coinciding with the exhibition on Georgia O’Keeffe, the museum organizes a course to set the work of this great artist in context with a new short course which focuses on 20^th century American art, a period extensively represented in the Thyssen-Bornemisza collection. Comprising 3 online sessions, the course will analyse the art movements that emerged in the USA in the 20th century, including realism, Abstract Expressionism and Pop Art.

The course is led by Elisa Sopeña on the Microsoft Teams platform. Participants will be sent access details and documentation by e-mail.
