#MadridEsMagritte, photography competition on Instagram

We’re launching a competition! Get inspired by the works in the exhibition The Magritte Machine to photograph Madrid.

Faceless figures, the Madrid sky, images from a window...Show us your most Surrealist vision of the city. From 2 to 21 November you can take part by sharing a photograph of Madrid on Instagram that evokes the Belgian artist’s style. Don’t forget to include the hashtag #MadridEsMagritte and mention @museothyssen.

We will be choosing ten finalists from all the photographs and will publish them in pairs in stories on the museum’s Instagram account so they can be voted for. The creators of the five winning photos will receive a catalogue of the exhibition as their prize.
