Conversation “The power of museums”

Conversación entre Rufino Ferreras, jefe del área de Educación del museo; Soledad Gutiérrez, comisaria de Thyssen-Conversation with Rufino Ferrera, the museum’s Head of Education; Soleded Gutiérrez, curator of Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary (TBA21), and Juan Alberto García de Cubas, president of Fundación Cultura en Vena. They will discuss the theme of this year’s International Museum Day: “The power of museums to transform the world around us.”

This activity will take place on the museum’s terraces in order to attract the widest possible audience. In response to the results of the survey carried out by the museum on the theme of this year’s IMD, the conversation will focus on education, climate justice and museums’ capacity to contribute to healing people.
