This page of the Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection Foundation aims to ensure transparency and public access to information relating to its contractual activity of goods and services and in order to comply with the provisions established in Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, by which the Directives of the European Parliament and Council 2014/23 / EU and 2014/24 / EU, of February 26, are transposed into the Spanish legal system of 2014. 

All information on tenders issued by the Fundación Colección Thyssen-Bornemisza, F.S.P. is available on the Public Sector Procurement Platform in the contracting party's profile and, in particular, those issued by the Fundación Colección Thyssen-Bornemisza, F.S.P. since the year 2022. 

The Code of Ethics applied to Procurement Management is also available to users. Its principles guarantee that the contractual management carried out by the Foundation is respectful and consistent with current legislation and our commitment to legality and society.
